At ColorMagical.com, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and branding services. Due to the nature of our offerings, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (Color Palettes, Templates, Downloads)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

We strongly encourage you to review the product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before purchasing.

If you encounter a technical issue with your download, please contact us at support@colormagical.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


2. Custom Services (Brand Identity, Logo Design, Custom Palettes)

For custom design services, including:

  • Custom Color Palettes
  • Brand Identity Packages
  • Logo or Business Card Design

Refunds are not available once work has begun or files have been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with the initial concept, we offer limited revisions as outlined in your package.

If you wish to cancel before work has started, contact us immediately. A partial refund may be considered based on the stage of your order.


3. Accidental Purchases

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind. Please double-check your cart and product selection before completing your order.


4. Fraud & Abuse

If we detect fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse service and take legal action where appropriate.
